You will oversee strategy, market development, pricing, budgeting, recruitment, training, and performance management, leading a team of Sales Representatives and Inside Sales staff while collaborating with other departments to deliver a customer-focused operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of professional sales or related experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage sales and customer service teams.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and budgets.
• Coach team members and monitor performance.
• Represent the division in trade shows and with key partners.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, purchasing, and credit teams.
