Job summary

Keller Williams Realty Phoenix is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Phoenix Scottsdale team. You will prospect and persuade qualified leads, funnel them into the sales pipeline, and expand our clientele across assigned geographies.

Your success depends on converting leads, maintaining accurate CRM data, and meeting monthly sales metrics. The role requires at least two years of sales experience, a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience.
• Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
• Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
• Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
• Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
• Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
• Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
