You’ll recruit and coach staff, analyze trends, and work with the Store Manager to optimize operations, training, and safety. This role requires flexibility and strong problem‑solving skills.

• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership in a fast-paced specialty retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-first selling culture and drive engagement, loyalty initiatives, visual standards, and brand values.
• Analyze business trends using available reporting and take appropriate action.
• Maintain World Market culture, values, policies, and standards.
• Plan for and execute daily tasks and duties in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance, customer-focused team aligned with company values.
• Utilize company tools and training resources to validate team execution of key functions.
• Ensure Loss Prevention policies and inventory management are followed.
• Support a safe work environment through ongoing safety training and accountability.
