WM (Waste Management) seeks an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead the Area Inside Sales Team in Phoenix, focusing on selling WM services to customers to generate additional revenue. The role reinforces the sales strategy, drives customer satisfaction, and collaborates with Area Sales Managers to handle escalated issues.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 4 years of relevant experience, plus 2 years of B2B sales experience. Office-based role with traditional WM benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct business-to-business sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains and reinforces WM's corporate sales strategy and design with the Inside Sales Team.
• Establishes and maintains high customer satisfaction on all sales transactions and collaborates with Area Sales Managers to resolve issues.
• Supervises Inside Sales Department activities and ensures targets for sales calls, lead generation, and contact productivity are met.
