Job summary

Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is seeking an Inside Sales Professional to build strong customer relationships through expert guidance and exceptional service at our Longs, SC location. From the front counter to tailored solutions, you’ll be at the heart of our success, handling quotes, orders, and inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years inside sales experience, excellent communication and Windows-based software skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales experience with a focus on customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone manners.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales support with accurate quotes and proposals.
• Enter orders, pricing, and customer data; respond to inquiries across channels.
• Maintain showroom stock and coordinate deliveries; support inventory movement.
• Handle cash with proper procedures and use billing systems.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and assist large projects.
• Coordinate with Operations to schedule deliveries and showrooms.
• Attend required sales trainings and company programs.
• Support FBM values and assist in other duties as assigned.
