You will handle price quotes, order processing, and delivery coordination while supporting the Outside Sales team and maintaining pricing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience required.
• Experience in construction or building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
