Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience required.
• Construction/building materials industry knowledge a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Willingness to learn extensive product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, and cancellations.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
