Job summary

QXO is seeking a customer service and sales associate in Granite City, IL to handle price quotes, orders, returns, product information, and billing inquiries. You will coordinate delivery with operations teams and support the Outside Sales team, while adhering to pricing policies.

We value prior front-line customer service experience; construction or building materials familiarity helps. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
