You will be a primary contact for contractors, builders and homeowners, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure accurate and timely orders.

The role emphasizes product learning, effective follow-up, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience required.
• Ability to learn and retain product information for rapid quoting.
• Strong communication with customers, vendors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth.
• Assist with product selection, quotations, order management and follow-up.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse and Delivery teams.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies during customer interactions.
