Qualifications

• Sales experience with day‑to‑day operations and balancing customer needs with business priorities.
• Proven ability to drive sales through cold calling, product knowledge, quote follow‑up, upselling, and identifying new opportunities.
• Front‑line customer service and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
