Job summary

Waupaca Foundry, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative for our office-based sales team. Primary duties include logging and creating quotes, following up with customers on quotes, and entering feedback into our CRM while keeping outside sales informed of quote status.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Self-directed with ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for phone and email outreach.
• Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

The primary role involves logging and creating quotes, following up with customerson quotes, entering feedback into our CRM system, and communicating the status of key quotes tooutside sales representatives. This position is essential to streamlining our sales process, ensuringaccurate data management, and supporting our outside sales team in closing new business. Preferred Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business,marketing, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role (experience inmanufacturing or industrial sectors preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
