Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and preferably a background in standby generation customer service. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience or college equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience in standby generation field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer contact on a regular basis.
• Support sales personnel on sales needs.
• Read and interpret specifications to provide quotes.
• Participate to the fullest extent possible in the development of customer quotes.
• Make sure customer is receiving goods and services in a timely fashion.
• Maintain close relationship with customers, sales staff, service staff, and Branch Manager.
• Identify and report decision makers to sales team.
• Maintain knowledge of WPI products/services to identify and secure opportunities.
• Report all sales leads to management and sales teams.
• Promote positive relationships with all company personnel and divisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
