Rexel USA is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Sandusky, OH location. You will handle proactive inside sales efforts, process quotes and orders, and expand profitable sales within a defined customer base.

You’ll utilize ERP tools and CRM systems, coordinate with outside sales, and pursue new accounts in the territory. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills and availability for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone or email and process quotes and orders.
• Support outside sales by processing priority transactions and coordinating with customers.
• Sell products using company digital tools and build relationships to grow existing accounts.
