Rexel USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sandusky, OH team. You will handle proactive inside sales and customer communication, process quotes and orders, and pursue growth from existing customers.

The role emphasizes building relationships, leveraging digital tools, and expanding sales within a defined territory. Candidates should have 2+ years in sales or electrical distribution and be comfortable with ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED required.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery terms, and payment terms.
• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions.
• Sell using company digital tools and increase business with new customers.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined territory.
• Maintain and grow a defined customer base and relationships.
• Manage quotes/proposals and follow up through purchasing cycle.
• Report market and competitive information to management.
• Participate in product meetings and training to maintain knowledge.
