You will assist outside sales, use digital tools to promote products, and prospect for new accounts within a defined territory, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and payment terms.
• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions.
• Use digital tools to sell, market, demonstrate products, and answer technical questions.
• Prospect for new accounts within a specified territory.
• Manage customer relationships and follow up on purchases to completion.
• Report market, pricing, products and trends to management.
