The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship-building, and collaboration with funeral directors and staff to ensure satisfaction and revenue growth. Evening/weekend availability and licensing as required are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass the Company’s internal presentation certification within thirty days of hire.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends every month.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an insurance license if required by state law.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect for 1-2 hours daily, obtain referrals from families served.
• Explain and present funeral and cemetery solutions to families and referrals.
• Build relationships with families and stay in touch to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare for appointments and perform procedures with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to provide seamless, high‑quality service.
