Service Corporation International is seeking a Sales Professional - Inside Sales to serve families by delivering personalized service and generating revenue for our cemetery and pre-need offerings.

Responsibilities include lead generation, scheduling, referrals, and presenting solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all family interactions. The role requires an evening/weekend schedule and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with 1–2 years of college or related experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a requirement for this role.
• Must be able to pass internal training and certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and prospect new clients daily.
• Build referrals and networks with families and community partners.
• Present and explain products to families and referred clients.
• Maintain activity records to ensure productivity and achieve targets.
• Schedule and prepare for appointments with professionalism.
• Develop understanding of each family’s needs to offer value and solutions.
