Job summary

PALFINGER USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support sales of the PalPro product line to Caterpillar dealers across the United States. You will serve as the primary inside sales contact for Caterpillar dealers and support Regional Sales Managers with quotations and product specification reviews.

You will manage customer information in CRM, stay current on PALFINGER products, applications, inventory, and production schedules, and help generate new and repeat business through strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 9 years of broad/general sales experience, or 6 years in truck equipment, crane equipment, or heavy equipment industries.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and CRM/ERP tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary inside sales contact for Caterpillar dealers, providing responsive and professional customer support.
• Support PALFINGER USA Regional Sales Managers with quotations and product specification reviews.
• Maintain knowledge of PALFINGER products, applications, inventory, and open-order production schedules.
• Manage CRM activities, including quotes, opportunities, call reports, sales funnel tracking, won/lost opportunities, and customer notes.
• Document orders for rebate tracking while supporting new and repeat sales and assigned sales or profitability goals.
