You will qualify leads, manage inquiries, and collaborate with regional sales leaders to hit monthly targets. CRM data accuracy and proactive call planning are essential for delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximizing revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 2+ years in inside/outside sales.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Proven track record in inside sales prospecting and new business.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• CRM experience with NetSuite or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and nurture leads from diverse sources and maintain CRM data.
• Drive revenue by handling inbound/outbound calls and inquiries.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to meet sales targets.
• Support territories through acquisition, growth and retention strategies.
• Accurately document customer interactions and insights in the CRM.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop product knowledge through training and independent study.
• Attend sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
