Job summary

Builders FirstSource in Auburn, WA Millwork is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help customers choose the right products for decks, fences, sheds and stairs. You will combine product knowledge, sales skills, and friendly service to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will assist customers in person, by phone, and via email, prepare quotes, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and support yard and store operations to ensure overall satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Six months of sales, retail, customer service, or related experience.
• Ability to understand product solutions and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers in person, by phone, and via email to provide solutions and recommendations.
• Actively promote and sell company products, services, and related solutions.
• Prepare material estimates and project quotes for smaller construction projects such as decks, fences, sheds and stairs.
• Enter customer orders accurately into company systems and coordinate deliveries.
