Woodgrain, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in Auburn, WA.

The role supports sales planning, sells and quotes the door and millwork program, and ensures timely communication with customers on orders and delivery dates. Applicants should have 3–5 years of related experience, an Associate degree or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred), and strong Excel/Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3-5 years related experience or training.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Convert inbound inquiries into actual sales.
• Provide quotes, promote millwork programs, and communicate delivery dates.
• Make outbound sales calls per activity plan.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Estimate delivery dates based on knowledge of product and schedules.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems, including warranty service.
• Update customers on changes to delivery dates.
• Enter new customer data and sales records into the database.
