Job summary

Airgas is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Marinette, WI to focus on selling to customers over the phone and supporting the Sales Team. You will manage key accounts with the Branch Manager and handle complex inventory orders, ensuring prompt, thoughtful responses and high customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have prior inside sales or customer service experience, strong communication, and be prepared to obtain forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service and/or inside sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; team oriented.
• Self-motivated with organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell to customers over the phone and nurture existing relationships.
• Resolve customer account needs and foster long-term satisfaction.
• Support the Sales Team and manage key accounts with Branch Manager.
• Handle complex inventory/order management for key accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure account health across teams.
• Assist customers at the branch counter and support showroom operations.
• Obtain forklift certification to handle branch cylinders.
