Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Attention to detail in handling transactions.
• Occasional overtime availability.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and PPE usage to ensure a secure environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners.
• Complete paperwork accurately, including coding, costing, and pricing.
• Assist customers in selecting tools and procedures for tasks; demonstrate equipment use.
• Manage order entry and process transactions; assist with deposits reconciliation.
• Coordinate via phone, email, and in person with customers and team members.
• Support branch growth through outbound calls and customer engagements.
• Coordinate movement of merchandise between locations to meet needs.
• Maintain showroom displays and stock shelves for a positive customer experience.
