Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience/customer service at Airgas.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work well in a team.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain sales, gross profit growth and new account activation via telephone.
• Cultivate existing customer relationships and pursue new accounts to grow the portfolio.
• Use SAP to document quotes and orders and Salesforce.com to manage opportunities.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers, Store Personnel and field colleagues.
• Participate in meetings and training to stay current on products and procedures.
