Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or inside sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to engage across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Handle selling to customers over the phone and nurture existing relationships.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and maintain account health.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep records accurate and up-to-date.
• Support branch counter and walk-in customers, including cylinders and showroom tasks.
• Obtain forklift certification to handle branch cylinders.
