Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or inside sales within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with business partners.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools; ERP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between inside/outside sales, product line mgmt, and business development to grow existing and new business.
• Prepare quotes/proposals and manage the sales funnel in the CRM tool.
• Respond to customer needs promptly and professionally.
• Process orders by reviewing terms and entering into Syteline ERP.
• Follow up on quotes and assist in arranging customer visit logistics.
