Job summary

Waukesha-Pearce Industries is seeking a disciplined inside sales support professional to assist outside sales and interact with customers. You will read specs, pull quotes, and coordinate shipments, ensuring CRM accuracy and timely delivery of products and services.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer contact, supporting sales, developing quotes, and reporting leads to management while collaborating with the Branch Manager and service staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience or college equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree (or higher) preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience in standby generation field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer contact regularly.
• Support sales personnel with sales needs.
• Read and interpret specifications to provide quotes.
• Develop customer quotes and submittals.
• Ensure goods and services reach customers timely.
• Maintain relationships with customers, sales staff, service staff, and Branch Manager.
• Identify decision makers and communicate with the sales team.
• Maintain knowledge of WPI products/services to identify opportunities.
• Report leads to management and sales teams.
• Promote professional relationships across the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
