Creswell Industrial Supply Inc. in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to own the full sales cycle for industrial and electrical products. You will quote, process orders, coordinate POs, and support both customers and outside reps to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inside sales or order management, strong product knowledge, and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems; excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales or order management in industrial/electrical distribution.
• Proven ability to create quotations and process orders with accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components and industrial supplies.
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms (SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Eclipse).

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations for industrial and electrical products.
• Enter, review, and manage sales orders with attention to detail.
• Coordinate purchase orders and communicate lead times with procurement and warehouse.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on quotes.
• Support outside sales reps and strengthen customer relationships.
• Track pricing, terms, and ensure compliance with company policies.
