Harrington Process Solutions is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to work with customers to understand needs, recommend products, prepare quotes, and process orders.

You will build relationships, support teamwork, and thrive in a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment, handling inquiries by phone and email, and collaborating with warehouse and outside sales teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning sales and inventory systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing product information, pricing, availability, and technical support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and ensure accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Recommend additional products and solutions to support customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Partner with outside sales, warehouse teams, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and availability.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
