Commercial Pipe & Supply, a Harrington Company, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, prepare quotes, and process orders in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience (wholesale distribution preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with product information, pricing, availability, and technical support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and ensure accuracy with timely follow-up.
• Recommend additional products and solutions to meet customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Partner with outside sales, warehouse teams, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and availability.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
