You will build relationships, resolve issues, and support orders from quote to fulfillment, collaborating with sales, warehouse, and vendors to ensure smooth service and timely delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in wholesale distribution.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing product information, pricing, availability, and technical support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and ensure accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Recommend additional products and solutions to support customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Partner with outside sales, warehouse teams, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and availability.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
