First American Home Warranty is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Supervisor to lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives toward sales, conversion, and productivity goals. This hands-on role requires frequent coaching and real-time performance management to drive engagement and results.

You’ll develop skills, manage performance, and foster a positive, performance-driven culture with direct coaching, live monitoring, and structured feedback essential to success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of inbound/outbound call center sales supervisory/coaching experience.
• Experience in telesales with coaching to improve lead/call conversion and retention.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives to meet goals.
• Provide frequent coaching, feedback, and performance management across reps.
• Grow outbound sales opportunities and maintain sales momentum throughout shifts.
• Monitor calls and performance for quality, compliance, and process adherence.
• Collaborate with Training, QA, WFM, HR, and other partners to build capability.
