A First Name Basis (AFNB) is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our Plano, TX team onsite. You will guide clients through starting home care services, ensuring they receive necessary support and a smooth onboarding experience.

Responsibilities include handling calls, coordinating assessments, managing paperwork, and driving client starts. Competitive benefits and a performance-based bonus are offered.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in home care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Office/administrative support skills.

Responsabilidades

• Determine Medicaid coverage type for potential clients and assist onboarding for home care services.
• Handle inbound calls and emails, make outbound calls to warm leads, and manage the client journey until services begin.
• Complete extensive paperwork and maintain accurate records throughout onboarding.
• Coordinate in-home assessments with local teams and service starts.
• Make daily calls and maintain detailed notes, progressing leads through stages efficiently.
• Aim for 11-15 clients starting services each month.
