Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Independent, highly organized with superior communication skills.
• Experience in goal- and metrics-driven environments.
• Healthcare industry experience with physicians and staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use inside sales techniques to engage a targeted list of healthcare professionals.
• Apply account management skills including call planning, education, reporting, and follow-up to maximize territory performance.
• Build rapport and engage in clinical/promotional conversations to maintain productive business relationships.
• Manage daily sales calls to optimize time and meet sales objectives.
• Profile targeted healthcare professionals and grow product volume with added value.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate information using medical terminology.
• Complete product training and perform well in independent and team settings.
• Develop and retain an expanding network of healthcare professionals at all levels.
• Protect patient privacy following HIPAA guidelines.
