Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics in Austin, TX is seeking high-energy, self-motivated sales professionals to join a quota-driven team. You will use inside sales to engage healthcare professionals, educate customers on products, and build lasting relationships that grow our aesthetics portfolio.

You will manage daily call activity, plan outreach, and collaborate with office staff, nurses, and physicians while safeguarding patient privacy under HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and be highly organized.
• Experience in a goals-driven healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use inside sales techniques to engage targeted healthcare professionals.
• Apply account management skills: call planning, education, reporting, follow-up.
• Build rapport and engage in clinical/promotional conversations with target audiences.
• Manage daily sales call activity to hit sales and market share goals.
• Profile and grow an expanding group of healthcare professionals including office staff, nurses and physicians.
