Job summary

AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics division in Austin, TX is seeking an energetic Inside Sales professional. This 50% field-based, 50% hybrid role supports healthcare practices nationwide, leveraging phone and other channels to build lasting relationships.

You will articulate product value, manage a targeted list, and pursue program recruitment while meeting aggressive sales targets. The ideal candidate has a track record in direct selling, strong communication, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of relevant sales experience.
• Direct selling background with proven sales track record.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
• Independent, highly organized with superior communication skills.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales and marketing initiatives through inside sales activities.
• Nurture and expand relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Meet and exceed established call volume and sales metrics.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate with target audiences.
• Travel as required for in-field vacancy coverage and national conferences.
