Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks a Sr. Inside Sales Strategic Account Manager in Austin, TX. This hourly role drives SkinMedica growth through telephone and virtual engagement with targeted aesthetic customers.

You will educate customers, execute strategic call plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a compliant, customer-focused sales experience while meeting quarterly goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• Two or more years of sales experience.
• Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize work with impact.
• Proven record of meeting sales objectives and earning performance-based compensation.
• Ability to work in the office Tuesday through Thursday and various Central Time shifts.
• Travel up to 15–20% by air or car.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve quarterly sales goals across the SkinMedica portfolio.
• Develop strategic call plans and account development to grow revenue and relationships.
• Analyze account data and market dynamics to prioritize growth opportunities.
• Expand portfolio utilization and support launches of new products and programs.
• Educate customers on product features, indications, and safety in line with approved materials.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager, field sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
