AbbVie is seeking a Sr Inside Sales Business Development Manager in the Austin area for Allergan Aesthetics. This hybrid role requires residency or relocation to Austin, with workdays split between in-office and remote settings.

You will drive revenue by attaining quarterly sales quotas for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio and by developing opportunities with targeted aesthetic customers through phone-based activities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• Two+ years of relevant sales experience is required.
• Willingness to travel by air and/or car up to 15-20% of the time.
• Experience in aesthetics/healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently achieves sales quota across portfolio.
• Manages attainment of assigned sales quota and customer satisfaction with accounts.
• Leads execution on campaigns, promotions, product launches and trainings.
• Develops product knowledge to educate customers on indications, contraindications, and safety.
• Identifies growth opportunities and expands product portfolio with existing accounts.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent industry experience

Two+ years of relevant sales experience

Inside Sales experience

Healthcare aesthetics industry exposure
