Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is seeking an Inside Sales professional in Austin, TX. This role is 50% field based and 50% hybrid out of our Austin office, supporting healthcare practices nationwide.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, and strong communication skills. The role requires independence, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with HIPAA-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of relevant sales experience required.
• Background in direct selling with proven sales track record.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets in incentive-based environment.
• Ability to work independently, highly organized, with strong communication.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use inside sales techniques to engage healthcare professionals with product information, literature, samples, and program recruitment.
• Coordinate account management: planning, field resources, reporting, and education support.
• Establish phone presence and build rapport with targeted audiences.
• Demonstrate clinical, technical, and presentation skills.
• Identify, prioritize, and drive opportunities to grow product demand.
