NEFCO, a leading construction supply distributor with 70+ locations, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support regional sales growth and operations. You will manage quotes, process orders, and assist contractor customers while collaborating with outside sales, purchasing, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years inside sales or customer service experience
• Construction supply or distribution experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with urgency and accountability
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP; Eclipse experience preferred
• Team-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for pricing, product availability, order status
• Process quotes and sales orders through ERP
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive service
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
