• Handles credit card, check, and cash payments securely.
• Identifies stock products and suggests alternatives to meet requirements.
• Oversees service commitments and follows up on escalated issues.
• Maintains records and documentation for transactions and procurement activities.
• Provides guidance on pricing strategies within established frameworks.
• Mentors associates on best practices and processes.
