Standard Process Inc. in Oregon seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales in their district, provide product information, develop new leads, and nurture existing accounts through consistent outbound calls and emails.

You will manage orders, log communications in CRM, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance, and travel to tradeshows as needed to advance growth and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in inside sales, account management, or customer support.
• Experience with consultative phone sales, presenting product information, prospecting, and cold calling preferred.
• CRM software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales revenue and account contact goals for the territory.
• Develop professional sales relationships with healthcare professionals via phone and email.
• Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails daily to support customers.
• Process customer orders via phone/email.
• Utilize product knowledge to identify and meet customer needs.
• Log and record all communication and opportunities in CRM.
