Job summary

Standard Process Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales in the district under the guidance of the District Sales Manager.

You will provide product information, generate new leads, and move opportunities through a consultative sales process by phone and email. You will manage a high volume of calls and emails, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Analytics, Marketing, and Finance to advance deals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing preferred, or equivalent work experience in related field.
• 2+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer support experience.
• Experience with consultative phone sales, presenting product information, prospecting, and cold calling is preferred.
• Experience using CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales revenue and account contact goals for the territory.
• Develop professional sales relationships with healthcare professionals via phone and email.
• Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails daily to support customers.
• Process customer orders via phone or email.
• Log and track all communication and opportunities in CRM.
