Job summary

Airgas USA, LLC seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Sparks, NV to partner with customers, advise on gases, welding equipment, and essential supplies. You will process orders, provide excellent service, and support a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires at least HS Diploma and 2+ years in sales or related fields; knowledge of SAP or PROS is a plus, overtime may be required, and safety PPE is used on site.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Excellent customer service skills and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Attention to detail in handling transactions and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to internal and external partners and foster long-term relationships.
• Manage order entry and process transactions; assist with deposits reconciliation.
• Coordinate with customers via phone, e-mail and in person for costs and delivery.
• Stock shelves and maintain showroom displays for an excellent customer experience.
