Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial or retail sales experience.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, grow, and service new and existing accounts via phone, fax, and electronic communications.
• Provide timely quotes for materials and processing services and convert quotes to orders.
• Assist with outside sales in qualifying and opening new accounts in the territory.
• Handle cash and payments, and manage cash drawer safely.
• Coordinate will call, delivery, or processing and verify accuracy of quotes/orders.
• Support will call supervisor on large or special orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• All other duties as assigned.
