Job summary

Valley Forge & Bolt Mfg. Co. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to respond to quotes, engage customers by phone and email, and coordinate export documentation for international accounts.

You will enter received orders, provide product selection assistance, and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers. The role requires 2–5 years in sales of technology/manufactured products, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with CRM, ERP systems, and MS

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and organization is required.
• Inside sales experience serving international customers and coordinating export documentation preferred.
• Experience with manufacturers or manufacturer representatives preferred.
• 2–5 years' experience in sales of technology/engineered/manufactured products.
• A positive attitude with ability to thrive in a small company and build strong relationships.
• Must be persistent, action-oriented, results-driven and self-motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience using CRM software, Microsoft Office applications, and ERP systems (Visual would be plus).
• Safety sensitive position with drug-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Complete and respond to quotes per customer request
• Apply strong interpersonal skills via phone and email to engage customers and understand needs
• Respond timely and accurately to tasks and resolve issues
• Enter received orders
• Provide applications and product selection assistance to customers
• Regular outbound calling for follow-up on quotes, opportunities, and leads
• Maintain account relationships with key decision-makers at accounts
• Learn about the industry and competitors' products and capabilities
