Responsibilities include collaborating with Sales, using CRM systems, and maintaining strong relationships in a fast-paced environment. Training begins with warehouse exposure and ongoing benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability to upsell to customers.
• Ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to build relationships.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to determine best products and solutions for customers.
• Provide personalized service with timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls and address customer questions or concerns.
• Utilize CRM and phone systems effectively.
