Ferguson is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm.

Work with Sales associates to determine the best products, provide timely quotations, and coordinate deliveries for customers. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability to upsell and respond quickly to customer needs.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environment with strong follow-through.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
