Ferguson is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to support the Fire & Fabrication customer group. You will work with Sales to identify the best products, provide timely quotes, and ensure accurate sales orders while coordinating deliveries for customers.

The role emphasizes customer service, upselling, and rapid response to inquiries, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities to grow within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in fire protection, plumbing, or other trades is a plus.
• Strong sales skills including upselling.
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fast-paced environment with follow-through on commitments.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Fire & Fabrication customer group.
