Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to support customers and internal teams in a fast-paced, solution-focused role. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and collaborate with Account Managers to drive regional revenue.

The position emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and a proactive approach to adding value through related products and promotions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor's preferred.
Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel skills a plus.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage customers by phone and email to understand needs and provide prompt, effective support.
Respond to inquiries related to parts, equipment, orders, and general support.
Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with high accuracy.
Partner with Account Managers to support customer accounts and regional revenue goals.
Identify opportunities to add value through related products and promotions.
Resolve customer concerns by selecting the best resolution method per policy.
Maintain knowledge of products, systems, and internal resources to support customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
Maintain documentation of interactions, quotes, orders, and follow-ups.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
